Acceptance of Terms

Using the judilink website and all related services means you accept these Terms in full. These Terms apply to all platform users, whether as registered players, visitors or any other party accessing our content.

These Terms are to be read together with the judilink Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are considered part of the overall agreement between the player and judilink.

Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the judilink platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a contractual agreement.
• Not be located in any jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling.
• Not have been previously banned or barred from using judilink services.
• Register in a personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party.

Player Account

Each player is only allowed to hold one (1) active account on judilink. Opening multiple accounts under the same individual is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the closure of all such accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

Regarding account information, players are responsible for:

• Ensuring that all personal information provided during registration is accurate, complete and up to date.
• Updating personal information if any changes occur, particularly mobile phone number and email address.
• Keeping the account password confidential and not sharing login details with anyone.
• Notifying judilink immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

judilink reserves the right to temporarily freeze an account for verification or investigation purposes without prior notice if suspicious activity is detected.

Deposits and Payment Methods

All deposits into a judilink account must be made using payment methods listed on the platform. Accepted methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrencies (USDT, BTC and ETH).

The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM30 regardless of the chosen payment method. Players are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds belong to them and are not from unlawful sources.

• All deposits must be credited to a valid and registered player account.
• judilink does not accept payments from third-party credit cards or accounts held in another person's name.
• If there is a problem with a deposit, players must contact our 24/7 customer support team.
• judilink reserves the right to reject any deposit suspected of involving fraud or money laundering.

Withdrawals

Players may withdraw funds from their account subject to the following conditions. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per transaction. Withdrawal processing time typically takes between 10 and 45 minutes after the request is approved.

• Withdrawals can only be processed to an account or digital wallet registered in the same player's name.
• Players must complete the identity verification process before their first withdrawal is processed.
• Any bonus that has not met the wagering requirements is not eligible for withdrawal.
• judilink reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security verification purposes without a set time limit.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method previously used, unless otherwise agreed.

Bonuses and Promotions

judilink offers various promotions to eligible players. The judilink Welcome Bonus gives 150% of the first deposit amount up to a maximum of RM1,000. For example, a deposit of RM100 will generate a bonus of RM150, bringing the total balance to RM250 with a wagering requirement of RM150 × 25 = RM3,750.

General terms that apply to all judilink bonuses:

• The wagering requirement for bonuses is 25 times the bonus amount received, not the deposit amount.
• Each player is eligible to claim each type of bonus once only within the specified period.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or to other players.
• judilink reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time.
• Any attempt to abuse or manipulate the bonus system will result in account closure.
• Any differences in interpretation regarding promotion terms will be resolved at judilink's absolute discretion.

The judilink VIP Programme comprises five (5) tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier provides different weekly cashback benefits, from up to 0.3% for the Bronze tier to up to 1.5% for the Diamond tier. VIP tier advancement depends on player activity and loyalty.

Game Rules

All games offered on the judilink platform — including online slots, live casino, sports betting and arcade games — are subject to their respective game rules as set by the game developers and judilink. The specific rules for each game can be found within the game interface.

• Game results determined by the system are considered final and cannot be disputed.
• Any technical disruption during an active game session will be resolved in accordance with judilink's technical disruption policy.
• Confirmed bets or wagers cannot be cancelled except for technical reasons acknowledged by judilink.
• The use of automated software, bots or any tools that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

Responsible Gambling

judilink is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Our platform provides tools that allow players to manage their own gambling activity, including deposit limits, betting limits and self-exclusion options.

Players are reminded to:

Prohibitions and Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the judilink platform and may result in immediate account closure, balance forfeiture and legal action:

• Opening multiple accounts or using false identities for registration.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Manipulation or fraud in any form of game.
• Collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities or bugs for personal gain.
• Transferring account balances to other players without judilink's authorisation.
• Any activity that violates applicable local or international laws.

Limitation of Liability

judilink is not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from the use of this platform beyond what is specifically stated in these Terms. Our platform is provided "as is" and judilink makes no express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted continuous operation.

• judilink is not liable for losses resulting from a player's internet connection failure.
• judilink's maximum liability to any player will not exceed the net deposit amount within the 30 days preceding the claim.
• judilink is not liable for any actions taken by third parties against players.

Amendments to Terms

judilink reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time in accordance with operational, legal or security policy requirements. Any material changes will be communicated to players via in-platform notifications or registered email.

Continued use of the judilink platform after amendments to the Terms take effect will be deemed acceptance of the amended terms. Players who do not agree with the amendments must stop using the platform and contact the support team for orderly account closure.
